When I met Dr. Coren and Dr. Costello in November 2024, they introduced me to the Diowave Laser and told me in great detail how it works and how effective it is treating a myriad of ailments. At the time, I was intrigued, secretly hoping to put it to the test, but didn't have anything personally that could be remedied by the laser. It wasn't until a few months later at the end of January 2025, when I experienced multiple pelvic fractures due to a skiing accident, did I really begin to appreciate this vital technology. Constrained by conventional treatments such as powerful painkillers and outmoded physical therapy protocols, I saw my long-term prognosis as dismal and wondered if I would ever walk normally again. I discussed the issue with Dr.’s Costello and Dr. Coren and he asked if he could treat me with the laser, even going above and beyond by offering to treat me with the portable model at the Rebab Center. When he arrived that first day, I couldn't get out of bed without great pain. It took literally 15 minutes to position myself to get to the edge of the bed where with the aid of a walker could finally lift my body. On that day, after 15 minutes of treatment, I felt remarkably better and was able to walk, stand and sit down with less pain. As the treatments continued, the pain lessened, and I became less reliant on painkillers. I am 100% convinced that had I not had these laser treatments, I would still be in pain and unable to walk as I did pre-accident.
